The Challenge

Hometown Australia operates over 60 land lease communities across the country, each with its own brand colours and logo, all nested within the Hometown parent brand system. They needed a stylish, adaptable suite of social media ads that could be quickly customised for any sub-brand while remaining cohesive, recognisable, and aligned with Hometown’s overall identity.

The Solution

I designed a modular system of animated motion graphics that could be mixed and matched to create unique ad variations. Each component was built to be easily customised—allowing quick swaps of colours, logos, and imagery. The system supports both portrait and landscape formats, making it versatile across platforms. While primarily used for dynamic animated ads, the design also works seamlessly for static posts and carousels.

The Result

The campaign showcased the individuality of each community while reinforcing the Hometown brand. Within six months of launch, engagement rose by 17%, and link clicks increased by 12% compared to the previous period.
