Designed a welcoming, tech-enhanced sales space in Yamba to showcase Parkside’s lifestyle and connect with customers face-to-face effectively.
Client: Hometown Australia
The Challenge
When Hometown Australia launched a boutique over-55s community in Yamba, NSW, they needed a branded presence in the area—a space that felt inviting, functional, and aligned with the Parkside vision, where potential customers could learn more about the development.
The Solution
Hometown secured a shopfront in Yamba Fair, the local shopping centre, and I got to work designing a space that would stand out and draw people in. I combined technology with clean, elegant furnishings to bring the brand to life.
- I created animated digital signage to capture leads even when the office was closed.
- I collaborated with the team at Showcase to build a fully interactive digital walkthrough of the future Parkside community, guiding customers through everything from the masterplan to kitchen tile selections.
- I tied it all together with on-theme interior design, including a feature wall, decals, and printed collateral such as masterplans and floorplans.
The Result
The final space delivered exactly what we envisioned. Collaboration across teams was key to creating something truly impactful. The sales office has become a local hub—welcoming both residents and tourists—and plays a vital role in generating buzz and providing a personal touchpoint for those interested in the development.
