The process
To help prospects visualise life in the growing Seachange community, I edited a short-form reel using architectural renders provided by our supplier. The goal was to evoke a sense of place and possibility—before the development had physically taken shape. The video was crafted in After Effects with a tone and aesthetic tailored to our mature audience, favouring a more classic and polished visual style over fast-paced trends. The result was an elegant, engaging reel published as part of a targeted paid campaign to generate qualified leads and grow awareness for the new release.
